"I just want to hold my butt for awhile."

"Don't need to poop. No thank you."
No, thank you kid. :) always entertaining that little boy.

I want to babble about smells. Smells that remind you of places and people and things...

Walked past a dry cleaner today and the breeze hit the smell coming out of the open doors and I instantly thought "that smells like Grandma Z's house... the one on the brick road." I always loved that smell even though I haven't smelt it in 15 years and could never put my finger on what it smelt like...
Clean pressed laundry.
Yum.

The smell of the store 'Hot Topic' has always reminded me of moving to Florida from New York in the backseat of my moms Volare... likemelted crayons and sunshine and happy times. It is some kind of perfume or incense they sell in that store, I figured that much out. But I just want to remember being a little kid when I smell it.

The smell of hemp fabric and strong coffee will always remind me of my long lost friend Phil... Jovan White Musk will always remind me of my friend Erika... good smelling shampoo makes me think of my sister... and so on.

Lavender baby shampoo is the best though... reminds me of when stuff was simple and before all the chaos happened that shook up my world... when my little guy was a baby and we were happy, or so it seemed. My mom washes his hair with it at her house and when she does, I always sniff my little mans hair and smile.
